Nina Elle Jewelry absolutely stands behind the value and quality of all its jewelry. All items are custom made to order using the highest quality of craftsmanship and attention t detail. Each item is individually inspected and monitored from start to finish to ensure the prduction of a dazzling piece.

All settings are custom made to order and are considered a final sale. We encourage customers to inquire about setting details and are glad to accommodate any requests including but not limited to providing additional photos, dimensions, measurements and size comparisons. Damaged items or items sent in error will be exchanged within 3 days of receipt for a similar item. In some instances, customers may exchange ring settings but are responsible for any price differences and shipping of the new order. Refunds offered at seller’s discretion for sale amount minus shipping, seller fees and 5% restocking fee. Item to be exchanged or refunded must not be altered in any way. Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, the cost of return will be met by you. However once inspection has confirmed the registered fault from you we will refund the delivery. Please note that it takes us 7-10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.

Custom Orders/Designs

Nina Elle Jewels welcomes all custom orders at no additional customization fee. Unless otherwise specificed in writing prior to pruchase all custom designs are owned, controlled or licensed by or to Nina Elle Jewels and are protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. Nina Elle Jewels reserves the right to photograph advertise and display all any any work completed before during and after each purchase.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment shall be made to us at the point of order. We must receive payment in full for your order before we can process it. You will be liable for all legal cost incurred in pursuing monies owed. Promotions available on our web site are subject to availability. Clients who shop online must be aged 18 years or over. Only the following cards are accepted by us: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and other payment methods accepted via Paypal. 
Pricing & Promotions
All prices and charges are expressed net of TAX, which shall be charged and paid as applicable. The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web site at the time you place your order plus any charges for delivery. Occasionally there may be an error that has occurred with our web site and goods may be incorrectly priced in which circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price. If we discover that such an error has been made in the quoted price, we will contact you to confirm this.Availability of all items are not guaranteed due to continous orders and we will inform you as soon as possible upon receipt of your order.
