All items are custom made to order and in most cases require 5-7 business days processing time after payment has cleared. Special requests or custom orders may require additional processing time. However, we guarantee to process and complete your order in the shortest time possible so that you can have more time to enjoy your purchase.
US SHIPPING
Nina Elle Jewels provides complimentary FedEx shipping & insurance within the US. Our preferred shipping method is FedEx 2nd day and a signature is required on all orders before their release. Additional shipping options such as rush orders, Saturday and next day delivery are available by request (additional charges may apply). FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes and therefore shipping to P.O. Box addresses is through USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Nina Elle Jewels will ship to Canada, Australia, the UK, and most countries in Europe. Please contact us to ensure shipping of fine jewelry is allowed to your destination. In most cases, shipping to Canada is $135.00 via Fed Ex international and in usually arrives within 1 business day. Shipping time and rates for other countries will depend on item's value, postal code and destination. We are not responsible for customs or any other taxes on items shipped. Please check with your country's customs or immigration departments for duties, taxes or any import fees.
Please contact us if you require item to be shipped anywhere outside the USA other than Canada as international shipping rates vary based on location and insurance values.
