Although we have a large selection of rings to choose from. we understand that customers may want to modify our settings or create their own design. The process is simple and often times at no additional customization costs.
Our Skilled Designers & Master Craftsman can turn your dream ring into a reality. With in depth communication, emails and final approval, you are part of the process from start to finish.
For all custom orders we provide you with computer images prior to casting and await your approval. No custom design is ever cast without the full approval and consent of the customer.

Simple Steps To The Customization Process
- You provides us with ideas, images or illustration of design
- CAD images are e-mailed to you for review
- We work with you to make necessary modifications if any
- We send photos and wait for final approval
- The wax is shot - showing you photos if necessary of different angles. (Local customers can come to try it on)
- The ring is cast in the metal of choice
- Our expert setters set the side diamonds & the center stone
- Your ring is polished & finished before being securely shipped to your home
Our quality control team inspects each ring prior to shipment. Photos are sent so you know what you are getting

To inquire about a custom ring request, please CONTACT US and provide us with as much detailed information as possible. You can email images of inspiration, a sketch, or provide us with a web link for reference and enter a brief description of what you would like us to work on. Our staff will asses your request and contact you with feedback and an accurate quote. No order is ever finalized without your approval. We are also available to offer design input, assistance and suggestions to bring your jewelry piece to life.
