Are Your Diamonds 100% Natural?
Nina Elle Jewels offers a variety of center stone options including natural earth mined untreated diamonds, moissanites or lab created CVD/HPHT diamonds. We have 100% transparency and all listings indicate the center stone or side stones selected. Clients have the option to modify or change the stones listed in order to fit their budget. We do not use enhanced diamonds or filled diamonds in any of our settings.
How Long Before I Get My Ring?
Nina Elle Jewels works with speed and accuracy to create beautiful jewelry pieces. We strive to ensure that your jewelry piece is ready for shipment as soon as possible. Each item is custom made to order. Our items take anywhere from 5-10 business days from start to completion. In most cases orders take about 5 business days to ship. Custom designs or modifications to our settings may take a little longer and is based on customer approval and design process. We can also accommodate rush orders whenever possible at no additional charge.
Can I Return My Ring If I Don't Like It?
We understand that purchasing a diamond engagement ring is a very important decision and we would like to assist you every step of the way. If you are unsure or concerned about the center stone or the setting you have chosen please contact us PRIOR to purchasing. We can offer additional information, images and details on the center stone and setting to ensure your ultimate satisfaction.Because our settings are custom made to order returns are not accepted. We do however offer a guarantee on the center stone and would gladly exchange it for a comparable stone or upgrade if you are not happy with it. Are Your Diamonds Certified?
Nina Elle Jewels offers a variety of stone selections to fit your budget and needs. All diamonds advertised are EGL USA certified, witih a base rating of H SI1. Customers can upgrade/downgrade the center stonee to fit their needs and budgets by either contacting us directly at 310-709-0282 or filling out a customize request form for the particular ring setting that interests them.
GIA, certified diamonds are also available upon request. All of our diamonds are cut to the same proportions and are graded Very Good to Excellent. Each will display a dazzling return of Brilliance and Fire! If you are interested in a diamond that is not advertised, please contact us and we will be able to purchase it for you at a great wholesale price. In most cases all center stones come with a satisfaction guarantee.
Is My Diamond Conflict Free?
Conflict-free diamonds are those gems which were not obtained due to human rights abuses, child labor, violence, or environmental degradation. Nina Elle Jewels is dedicated to the buying and selling CONFLICT FREE diamonds in all instances of trade. We buy ONLY from certified licensed diamond importers and maintain the highest standards for sourcing diamonds from these reputable providers.
What Kinds of Payments Do you Accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, cashier’s checks, money orders, personal checks and cash. Please contact us to set up other payment options.
Is My Purchase Insured?
At Nina Elle Jewels we pride ourselves on providing quality settings and fine jewelry pieces. We offer a limited 5 year warranty on the craftsmanship of your setting and side diamonds which protects you against damaged prongs, fallen diamonds, re-sizing polishing and rhodium (if applicable). We ask that you please contact us 310-709-0282 for any issues regarding your purchase during this time so that we may be able to assist you. Repairs are normally done at no additional cost to you but are evaluated on a case by case basis. Annual cleaning, repairing and prong reinforcement (if necessary) are always at no charge to you.
Can I Change The Center Stone On A Ring?
Yes, all center stones can be modified to fit your needs. We are able to increase or decrease center stone size as needed. Rings listed with diamond center stones can also be set with semi-precious stones, moissanites or the customers' own stone.
Does Every Ring Have A Matching Band?
While most rings have a matching band they are not always displayed in photos. Every ring on our site can be sold with a matching or complimenting wedding band. We are able to show you various photos of matching bands or custom make one for you to fit any ring design. We are also able to cast contoured (wrap around) matching wedding bands for all antique style rings so the band can sit flush with the ring. Please contact us for more information 310-709-0282

Can I Purchase A Ring Without the Center Stone?
Yes, any ring can be sold separately without the center stone.
What Are Moissanites?
Moissanites are gems created by Charles and Colvard and are an excellent alternative to diamonds. They are most often purchased in larger sizes to help keep the cost down. Any of our settings can be set with a moissanite center stone to reduce cost however all side diamonds are natural 100% earth mined untreated diamonds. Can You Custom Make My ring?
Yes, Nina Elle Jewels designs, manufactures and sells fine jewelry pieces. We are able to customize any of our pieces or create a new jewelry design for you per request. The process is simple and normally takes anywhere from 7-10 business days. In some rare cases custom designs may take 10-14 days.
Is There an Additional Charge to Custom Make A Ring?
In most cases, Nina Elle Jewels does not charge additional customization fees for custom made items. Please visit the Custom Made Rings page and upload your customization request.
